The working language of the Oceania Komisiono is Esperanto, a politically neutral language ingeniously designed to be learned and used as quickly as possible for harmonious interaction between cultures.

Ten simple lessons convey the basic grammar and systems of esperanto, dictionaries and useage can build on that base.

Esperanto is easier to learn than most languages because :
