working language of the Oceania Komisiono is Esperanto, a politically neutral
language ingeniously designed to be learned and used as quickly as possible
for harmonious interaction between cultures.
Ten simple lessons convey the basic grammar and systems of esperanto, dictionaries and useage can build on that base. |

is easier to learn than most languages because :
It is completely phonetic. There are no exceptions to the 16 rules of grammar. Inanimate things do not have gender. Prefixes and suffixes are correct wherever they are logical. Many of the Latin roots are familiar to English-speakers. |
